Ordering
Orders can be placed by telephone or email or via our online shop.

Payment
Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Grampian Hospitals Art Trust) or by bank transfer. Online, we use Paypal.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to VAT at the standard UK rate. Rates are dependent on the product category.
Carriage
Carriage is charged dependent on the product and is added during the transaction process.
Damaged goods and returns
We will replace any goods which are damaged as long as we are notified not more than seven days after the goods have been received. We will not accept any liability beyond this timeframe.
Accounts and late payment
Our goods are supplied proforma unless credit terms have been agreed. Overdue invoices will be charged extra at 5% for each overdue month in full or in part.
In addition, we reserve the right to charge interest and compensation for debt recovery costs which could be charged on overdue invoices using the entitlements provided by the “Amended Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998” and the “Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002”.
Title claim
These goods remain the property of Grampian Hospitals Art Trust until such time as they are paid for. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Grampian Hospitals Art Trust until full payment has been received from the buyer.
