Creative Scotland Multi-Year Funding

Creative Scotland Multi-Year Funding

GHAT has been awarded Multi-Year Funding from Creative Scotland for 2025 to 2028.

What does this mean for GHAT and the North East?

This support will have a huge impact on our delivery of arts and wellbeing projects across NHS Grampian and associated community programmes. Crucially this investment will support artists and creatives to continue to deliver high quality cultural experiences across the North East of Scotland. This award is a recognition by Creative Scotland of the value of the work GHAT has been delivering for the past 40 years with the support of NHS Grampian and NHSG Charity.

GHAT Director, Sally Thomson:

“This vital support is a testament to the importance of our mission and the significant impact we strive to make in the arts and health sector. With this investment we will continue to champion the significant impact that access to the arts has on wellbeing. The funding recognises the value of the incredible work of the GHAT team in the north east and the work they do each and every day within healthcare settings and within community linked wellbeing programmes.

With this support and our partners, NHS Grampian and NHS Grampian Charity, we will drive forward the concept of the arts and creatives within healthcare and increase access to the arts in the region. Watch this space!!”
