GHAT is committed to working with professional artists, creating opportunities for practice and employment.  Artroom is a person-centred arts project delivered within a healthcare setting.  Artists work with patients in group settings or on a 1-1 basis, using conversation and a range of art books and materials as a guide to begin supporting the participant’s creative journey.  Visitors and families are encouraged to participate, often creating work together.  GHAT works closely with the NHS staff to enhance wellbeing and improve quality of life for the people who engage with the project.

As these posts involve extensive work with vulnerable individuals, it will be necessary to become a member of the PVG scheme before commencing work on this project.

The closing date for submissions is 5pm on Thursday 23rd March 2017
